1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between p7ppp ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the p7ppp platform, website, mobile interface, or any associated service (collectively, "the Service" or "the Platform").

By accessing the p7ppp website, creating a player account, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of access method, device, or geographic location.

These Terms are supplemented by the p7ppp Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2Eligibility & Age Verification

The p7ppp Platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Service:

• You are 21 years of age or older. p7ppp enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders and bettors. This threshold applies universally regardless of any lower legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had a p7ppp account suspended, restricted, or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not classified as a problem gambler and have not voluntarily self-excluded from the p7ppp Platform or any other gambling platform in a jurisdiction where such self-exclusion applies.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of p7ppp or any of its affiliated software or payment providers, to the extent that such participation creates a conflict of interest.

It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that their use of the p7ppp Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. p7ppp makes no representation that the Service is lawful in all jurisdictions. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.

3Account Registration

To access the full range of p7ppp services, including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, and casino gameplay, you must create a registered player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one account on the p7ppp Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or using different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. p7ppp employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals associated with those accounts will be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process and to keep your account information current at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any payment method details you register with the Platform. p7ppp reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided and to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate or misleading information has been submitted.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. p7ppp will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact p7ppp support immediately via live chat at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification

As part of p7ppp's Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations and responsible gaming commitments, we may require you to submit identity verification documents including a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of your registered payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. KYC is mandatory before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳10,000.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

p7ppp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in your account cashier at all times. p7ppp reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that are registered in the same name as the p7ppp account holder. p7ppp does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

p7ppp applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring that winnings derived from a deposited balance are returned to the original deposit payment method where technically possible. This policy may result in a withdrawal being directed to the same bKash or Nagad account used to fund the original deposit, up to the value of that deposit, with any excess proceeds directed to the player's preferred withdrawal method.

4.5 Fees

p7ppp does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges levied by your payment provider, bank, or mobile wallet operator are outside p7ppp's control and are your responsibility. Currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors are also not the responsibility of p7ppp.

5Bonuses & Promotions

p7ppp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as IPL, BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus period.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have self-excluded, have active deposit limits at or below the qualifying deposit threshold, or whose accounts are under review are not eligible to claim bonuses during those periods. p7ppp reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from any player where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.

5.3 Game Weighting

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of each bet staked toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and certain crash games may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution percentages for each game category are published in the promotion-specific terms and in the p7ppp bonus FAQ within your account dashboard.

5.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings derived from a bonus is capped at five times (5x) the value of the original bonus amount. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the account balance upon completion of the wagering requirement audit. p7ppp will notify the player of the applicable cap before they claim any promotion.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the p7ppp Platform is subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and market-specific rules are published within each game or market on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on p7ppp cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other international sports. All bets are final once confirmed. p7ppp reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the market was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, including system errors, data feed failures, or human pricing errors. In such cases, the bet stake will be refunded to the player's account balance.

6.2 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation, not at the time of bet placement request. p7ppp uses a brief processing delay on all in-play bet submissions to prevent exploitation of stale odds. Bets submitted during this delay period may be accepted at revised odds or declined, at the system's discretion.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on p7ppp are provided by certified third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) and, in the case of live dealer games, by actual physical game events conducted in licensed studio facilities. p7ppp does not modify game outcomes and has no ability to influence RNG results.

6.4 Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or bet settlement, the official result recorded in the p7ppp system database shall be considered definitive. Where a software provider's own records differ from the p7ppp database due to a technical fault, the matter will be investigated and resolved in good faith, with the player's interest considered. All disputes must be submitted to p7ppp support within 30 days of the disputed event.

7Responsible Gaming

p7ppp is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling practices. 8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p7ppp Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the p7ppp Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to exploit sports betting markets, casino games, or promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or use of the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain without immediately reporting the issue to p7ppp support.
• Attempting to access another player's account, circumvent security controls, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment gambling.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been wagered, without good faith grounds for doing so.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the p7ppp Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of p7ppp or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The p7ppp brand name, logo, and the brand keyword p7ppp are trademarks of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of p7ppp.

10Privacy & Data

p7ppp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. p7ppp uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil our legal obligations.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p7ppp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if p7ppp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

p7ppp's total cumulative liability to any individual player arising from any claim related to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their p7ppp account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p7ppp does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. p7ppp will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

12Termination

p7ppp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraud or money laundering, poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, or where such action is required to comply with applicable law or the requirements of our payment or technology partners.

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the p7ppp support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be paid out to the player's verified withdrawal method subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing checks.

13Amendments

p7ppp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, p7ppp will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

14Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p7ppp holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits p7ppp's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
